I’ve got a
time to bake my second cake last Sun, 2nd of June.
This time, we
bought a scale to have at least the right proportion of the ingredients’
measurement... Using the same recipe
printed at the back of REDMAN Cake Mix, I’ve mix all the ingredients. I put the
batter to the cake pan, set on the oven by placing the tray 1 down a bit
(compare to the settings I did in the first bake), set it to 180c, and 20
minutes in to baking.
After baking
of 20 minutes, I let it cool first for at least 2-3 minutes from the oven
leaving the oven door a bit open. Then remove the cake from the pan and placed
it on the cake board. Whoaa I can say that I think I made it to a perfect cake!
I add icing
and some chocolate balls on the cake for the decoration. Now I can say that I
think I can now move on to the next level – Choco Fudge Cake!
